For every 1,000 NETPoints you redeem between 22 March and 11 April you’ll receive 1 additional ballot. The process is simple:

1. Email promotions@neteller.com
2. Enter the following content as the subject line: XChance NETPoints Redemption
3. Provide the following details in your email:

• Name
• Account ID
• Amount of NETPoints to redeem (in increments of 1,000)

If you don’t know how many NETPoints you have, simply sign in to your account and select the “Account” tab. Your NETPoints balance will appear below your name and account status.
