OR

Select from a list of bank/branch available. Be sure to select the correct bank/branch because some banks may only show a partial bank/branch address (e.g. “Sakhar Bhavan, Mumbai” instead of “Sakhar Bhavan, Nariman Point, Mumbai”).

2. Once the registration is complete, initiate a 3rd party transfer of funds from your bank account to the payee account (NETELLER). When the transaction is complete you will see a confirmation page on your screen.

3. Take a screen capture of the confirmation page and email it to INRdeposits@neteller.com. Provide your 12-digit NETELLER account ID in the “message/subject” field of your email

Depositing with the India Local Bank Deposit option – Part 1: Initiating the transaction

We’ve had a great conversation with you on our recent blog entry “NETELLER’s new deposit option for India” which has made us realize that there are still quite a few unanswered questions with our new deposit option. Here’s hoping this clarifies things for you, and let us know in the comments if you still have questions or if you think there’s anything else we can do to make it easier.

Step 1: Initiating your Local Bank Deposit transaction

Before going to the bank to deposit the funds, you will need to notify NETELLER of the transaction. You can do this by initiating a Local Bank Deposit in your account. Sign in to your NETELLER account and choose the Deposit tab. Select “Make a deposit” beside the Local Bank option.

choosing the Local Bank Deposit option

Step 2: Choosing your country, currency and amount

The “Local Bank Transfer for India” deposit option only supports deposits in Indian Rupee (INR) from a bank in India so you must select the country India and the currency INR. If your account currency is not INR, please enter the amount as if you were depositing in your wallet currency (e.g. 100 if your account is in USD, not 5,035 or so INR) and we will convert the amount into INR in the next step.

Step 1 _ wallet currency is USD and bank acc currency in INR

Step 3: Confirm your transaction

Verify the deposit details. If your account is in a currency other than INR, you will see the converted INR amount beside “Total deposit amount”. Ensure you deposit this exact amount when you make your deposit to the designated NETELLER account.

Step 2 _ wallet currency is USD and bank acc currency in INR

Step 4: Complete the transaction

Make note of the following information for the bank that you choose:
• Bank account holder/beneficiary
• Bank address (for e-banking, NEFT and RTGS)
• Bank account number
• Deposit amount (Ensure this is the exact amount indicated in your transaction details)

Step 4- CompleteNov18

You are now ready to proceed to the next step – Depositing at a bank.
