As we are just in the infancy stages of blogging and are still in the process of figuring out what you will be interested in, I thought I’d post an interview with one of our executives. The interview was done by Ecommerce Journal with Andrew Gilchrist our Vice President, Corporate Development & Communications. This is a high level overview of some of our history and what’s in store for the future.
Here’s a portion of the interview:
Question: Last year you changed the name of the company [NETELLER Group to NEOVIA Financial]. Why did the company management decide to do it?
Andrew Gilchrist: 2008 was a transformational year for NEOVIA Financial. The change of corporate name to NEOVIA was a natural evolution for the Group to better reflect the Group’s strong underlying full-suite branded gateway, e-wallet and card programme businesses. 2008 also saw the launch of the Group’s new Net+ MasterCard® products, including an “iron-clad” single use software MasterCard® that prevents identity fraud for online shopping.
